The hands-on cooking class in Verona offers a unique opportunity for participants to learn authentic Italian cooking techniques from a local chef. In this course of typical Italian cooking, the chef will cook alongside participants, guiding them through each step of the recipes to ensure a collaborative and successful culinary experience.

Participants will feel at home in the kitchen while discovering the secrets that make Italian cuisine exceptional. The chef will provide tips and suggestions on fundamental Italian cooking techniques, focusing on enhancing the natural flavors of the ingredients to create a delicious meal with minimal effort.

The class includes the preparation of a variety of dishes, such as hand-made fresh pasta from scratch, risotto made with locally produced rice, and the original tiramisù, a world-famous dessert featuring sponge cake laced with liqueur and coffee, topped with sweet mascarpone cream.

Following the cooking class, participants will enjoy the meal they have prepared, sharing it with the rest of the small group while savoring a glass of local wine. Additionally, they will receive the recipes, enabling them to recreate the Italian meal at home for family and friends.
