Your experienceMeet your local guide and expert driver in Verona city center and get ready to discover the Dolomites, the UNESCO World Heritage site during one day. First you’ll leave Verona and you’ll enter Valdadige, a wide valley dug by the Adige river that flows from the north. Admire the beautiful castles along the valley such as Avio or Beseno and after a couple of hours you will reach Val di Fassa, a wide-open valley surrounded by mountain walls. This is the heart of the UNESCO Dolomites, pass by picturesque villages and admire the mountains all around you. You’ll see the Catinaccio and Sassolungo groups until arriving at Passo Pordoi, a 7345-feet-high pass. Next is an exciting cable car ride to reach the top of the mountain (depending on the season and weather - 10,341 feet): a stunning and one-of-a-kind destination for a spectacular panoramic view. Next stop is a typical lunch in a selected restaurant or rifugio (a mountain refuge that usually offers traditional food). Here you can taste the local dishes like canederli, polenta and Apfelstrudel. Finally, reach a charming little village like Ortisei or Canazei and stop for a relaxing stroll in the city center and some free time before going back to Verona.

Hello! My name is Alessandro, and I'm a wine lover for a long time. I live in Valpolicella, the land of Amarone, and I've been a tour leader for more than 10 years in the wine tourism. I'm so curious and last years I started exploring more other wine region in the north of Italy, with my friends and colleagues Francesca, Andrea and Elisabeth, such as Prosecco hills, Piedmont and Langhe. I'm looking forward to take you around these beautiful wine regions as soon as possible.
My name is Andrea, I am 28 and I love to travel. I was born in Verona, the city I love, but at the end my degree in foreign languages my only desire was to travel! My first real travel has been in Australia, a beautiful Country that I explored with my van for a year. I love nature, and Australia has given me breathtaking landscapes. Right after I spent many months in Southeast Asia, among a thousand adventures on foot, by motorbike or hitchhiking. In Spring and Summer I love to show people the beauty of my country, and in Winter I fly away to follow the sun and admire this wonderful world.
