Choosing a Tour
On a small group tour, you (your group) will travel with other people who have booked the same experience for the same day. The private tour only includes you (your group) and the guide (or driver).
Yes, of course. You can join the experience in a group tour with some others, or you can ask for a private tour just for you and your group only.
Yes, they do. All of our tours are in English.
Yes, our guides can speak other languages, i.e. Spanish, German, French, Italian of course, but in this case you need to check the availability to the booking office for a private tour.
Yes, you can. We only ask you to let us know in advance.
Yes, we accept and welcome those who identify on the LGBTQIA+ community. We don’t tolerate any form of discrimination or violence (verbal or physical).

Every small-group tour is guaranteed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Yes, in this case our booking office will assist you to customize the tour and the experience under you need, but it is available only for private tours.
Considering the city walking tours and the museums guided visit are on foot.
We are happy to host your animal also, anyway, expecially for shared tours, we need to verify since other people might not agree in having an animal during the activity. Please send us an email at booking@waystours.com to check.
We provide tours on normal bike and tours on ebike. Please note that the minimum height for normal bike tours is 145 cm / 4,5ft. Please note that the minimum height for ebike tours is 155 cm / 5ft.
Consider that during the bike tour you have to be comfortable, so we kindly suggest you to bring a small bag or a small backpack you can ride easily with.
Consider that you have to ride a bike or an ebike (depending on the tour) so we suggest you to wear comfortable clothes.
We provide city bikes or ebikes (depending on the chosen tour). Consider that if you decide to participate you should also be able to ride. Even if they do not have a high level of difficulty, our tours may run in the city center, which usually has narrow cobblestone streets or pedestrians along the way, or with cars running aside. This is an important information to know for security reasons, not only for you but also for the other participants.
Tours Details
Every tour has a different capacity. The min. number of participants is always 2, while the max. number of participants depends on the type of tour and transport (if included). You can check the maximum capacity in the information box (tour page).

All of the museum/attraction guided tours include a skip-the-line access.

Our guided activities are planned to start and to end at a specific hour, so it is not possible for us to anticipate the timings, especially for shared tours where other participants are going to join.
If you arrive late and you do not see the guide, it might be that the activity already started as planned. In this case, it is not possible for you to join the tour, nor to receive the refund. To avoid this inconvenience, please inform us of your delay in advance, so that we can inform the guide and find a solution.
Our cancellation policy do not cover delays caused by transportation issue, so it is not possible for us to provide a refund.

You can pay either by credit card or Paypal.
It is not possible to pay on site for all our tours. So please write us an email at booking@waystours.com
According to our cancellation policy, it is possible to cancel your reservation with a full refund only within 24 hours before the activity. It will be possible to cancel your reservation even in less than 24 hours but no refund will be provided.
According to our cancellation policy, you can cancel your reservation with full refund only within 7 days before the tour. It will be possible to cancel your reservation even a few days before the tour but no refund will be provided.
Our cancellation policy do not cover no show caused by healthy reasons, so it is not possible for us to provide a refund.

Before a Tour
If you need it, we will be glad to arrange a transfer for you.
On shared group tours you’ll have to meet your guide at the specific meeting point.
On a private tour we can arrange a different meeting point, and we can arrange a transfer or pick you up at your hotel.
We will contact you few days in advance, at least 1 week, just to inform you so we can assist you to change the tour date/time.
The booking process is complete when you will receive our confirmation email with the voucher with all of the information about the tour and the meeting point.

Yes, please. You can write an email to booking@waystours.com including the booking reference and the details of the replacement.
Your travel insurance is important for your trip, we have a public liability insurance as a tour company covering any accident caused by us and/or our guide.
The only one museum where is mandatory a personal document like passport is the Da Vinci’s Last Supper in Milan. For any other tour we don’t need any document, but we suggest you to bring with you a personal ID card.
We don’t have a luggage storage.
