People – We keep our group sizes small, averaging just 7.7 guests, allowing for a more personal and respectful experience. We proudly support over 1,040 visits to small producers each year, creating a positive ripple effect across our communities. With more than 60 employees, 77% of whom are women, we foster an inclusive and supportive work culture where diverse perspectives thrive.
Planet – We’re conscious of our environmental footprint and continuously look for ways to reduce it. In one year, we used 10,583 kWh of electricity and 673 m³ of natural gas. While our operations emitted 19,221 kg of CO₂, we’ve already taken action by offsetting 3,259 kg. These numbers drive us to do more and invest in even greener solutions.
Economy – We partner with more than 440 service providers and maintain a rigorous selection process with 50 controlled suppliers. We also assess and monitor our partnerships to ensure that suppliers with medium-to-high impact risks align with our values and ethical standards.
By tracking these metrics, we stay transparent, set ambitious goals, and continue to improve the way we care for people, the planet, and the local economy.
